The Full Service Planning + Consulting package is the perfect option for couples who want a full-time wedding professional to oversee every aspect of their wedding weekend. This all-inclusive package is my most popular + luxurious wedding planning service, as it provides everything you need between “Yes!” and “I do!”

 

I'll consider your vision, budget, and style preferences to present you with a custom wedding plan designed to make your wedding dreams a reality. With this package, you get to decide how involved you want to be in the planning process; you’re welcome to attend all vendor meetings, weigh in on design choices, etc., or you can hand everything over and let me run with it. Either way, with my professional expertise, you’ll be able to enjoy every minute of your engagement season.

  • We’ll get together for a consultation to discuss your wedding needs + vision

  • A signed contract + 50% retainer fee = I’m all yours!

  • I’ll create a custom design proposal for the ceremony + reception

  • I’ll create custom month-by-month checklists to keep track of all tasks + deadlines

  • You’ll receive a list of vendor recommendations according to your needs

  • You’ll receive a wedding PDF full of helpful tips + advice

  • You’ll have unlimited communication with me via email, text, or phone

  • I’ll hire + manage all of your desired wedding vendors (paid by client)

  • I’ll schedule + attend all vendor meetings*

  • I’ll create a master timeline for the wedding day

  • I’ll negotiate + contract hotel room blocks (if needed)

  • I’ll assist in the creation of your seating chart + floor plan design

  • I’ll be available without limit for general advice + consultation

  • We’ll meet for 1-2 final site inspections of the ceremony + reception location(s) if needed

  • I’ll create personalized timelines for you + your wedding party + your family members

  • I’ll create and send personalized timelines to all wedding vendors + service providers

  • I’ll relay the final head count to all appropriate vendors

The Wedding Management package is the perfect option for couples who are organized, detail-oriented, DIY-minded, and comfortable doing the majority of the wedding planning.

 

I'll begin working 4-6 weeks before the wedding by contacting all of your selected vendors, drafting + finalizing all timelines, tying up any loose ends, etc. Once the wedding weekend arrives I’ll completely take over by directing the wedding rehearsal and handling all wedding day details from start to finish, allowing you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day you’ve been waiting for.

  • A signed contract + 50% retainer fee = I’m all yours!

Q: WHY SHOULD I HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?

A: Unless you enjoy being stressed out, having to tie up loose ends, and being asked a million questions on a day that’s supposed to be relaxing and joyful . . . there really isn’t a good reason NOT to hire a wedding planner.

 

Most of my couples have never had to plan an event for 100+ people. There are so many fun aspects of being engaged and planning a wedding: choosing a dress, having parties thrown in your honor, and hellooooo all the wedding cake samples, to name a few. But it also requires detailed planning, scheduling, task assigning, communication, and organization. You probably haven’t thought about what time the bridesmaids’ bouquets need to be dried off for pictures, or what time the caterer should arrive for setup, who’s going to be in charge of lighting the sparklers for your sendoff, or how your dress is going to get from the hotel to your house the morning after the wedding.

 

And you shouldn’t have to.

 

KJC will work with you to do all those things and so, so much more. Even the most organized and detail-oriented couples need a professional on their team so they can fully relax and soak in such an extraordinary day. That’s where I come in.

A: I'm super flattered by your confidence in me! However, I'm currently a one-woman show, so in order to make sure I'm serving you the best I can, you'll need to pick one or the other. I don't want my attention divided on your wedding day, and trying to do both would definitely get chaotic!

A: You bet. I pay sales tax and income tax and I have a business license and business insurance. Anyone not doing those things is putting both you AND themselves at risk.

A: I don’t have any specific policies for weddings, but I find most people are booking 9-18 months in advance.

A: I require a signed contract and a 50% retainer fee up front, with the remaining 50% due one month before the wedding. Once I receive both of those, I’m all yours!
